Affordable and workforce housing investors, Future RE Capital Management, is known for developing and redeveloping single family properties to produce long-term income. The company recently announced the upcoming launch of its new real estate fund, Future RE Fund II, LP.

The Fund will strategically target residential, 1-4 unit assets in affordable housing and workforce markets within eighteen (18) U.S. cities for the purpose of acquisition, renovation, development, redevelopment, and long-term leasing. The Fund will be externally managed by Future RE REIT Management, LLC, a newly formed entity controlled by Future RE Capital Management, to target a combination of “C” and “D” properties in lower-to-middle class areas.
