Overview

MD-IV SPE, LLC., a subsidiary of Future RE Capital Management, is seeking to raise $125,000. The funds will be used to:

  • A. Renovate all assets (as needed)
  • B. Lease all units to make the asset 100% stabilized
  • C. Refinance the assets

Construction and renovation of the asset will be done by Simple Solutions. A licensed contractor in the state of Maryland.

Property leasing and management will be done by The Company’s management team, Realtypark Management.

Permanent financing and long-term loan procurement will be done by Apex Mortgage and Faco Lending.
