FRECM is sponsored and managed by Future RE Capital Management. FRECM primarily engages in the ownership, partnership, management, development, redevelopment, acquisition, and rehabilitation of properties in within eighteen (18) markets. 

Our Focus

FRECM strategically targets residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets in affordable housing and workforce markets within eighteen (18) U.S. states for the purpose of long-term leasing and sales.

The Company targets a combination of properties in lower-to-middle class areas, in cities with a population over 1 million, with a value-add strategy. 

FRECM provides short-term lending and partnership opportunities for the purpose of real estate acquisitions and renovations to qualified real estate investors.

The Company will operate through six primary segments and twelve secondary segments.

 FRECM will pursue a strategically focused niche of affordable and workforce housing. This sector has been under-served by institutional capital, yet they offer strong, long-term fundamentals to generate attractive returns for investors.

Christopher Harrison

Christopher Harrison serves as Chief Executive Officer of Future RE Capital Partners, LLC and Future RE Capital Management overseeing operations for both companies.
Prior to joining Future RE Capital, Chris served as the Co-Head of Private Real Estate at Bay Ridge Partners, as Institutional Fixed Income Asset Manager for Homewood Financial Services, and as Owner of CCRG, LLC, where he managed residential and rental property renovations.

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Appanah, CPA

Mark Appanah is the Chief Financial Officer of Future RE Capital Management. Mark has a degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). After graduating, Mark began a career in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young (EY). Since then, Mark has been working in the Internal Audit department of several publicly traded companies.

Chief Operating Officer

Jody Foster

Jody Foster is the Chief Operations Officer for Future RE Capital Management. Jody spent five years in executive positions at JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management in Chicago and London. Prior to JPM, she was an equity analyst at two boutique investment firms. Jody started her career on Capitol Hill. She also serves as an Independent Trustee and Audit Chair for two mutual fund families. Jody has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPP from Georgetown University and a BA in from Pace University.

Raymond P Medeiros spent five years as Executive vice president for a public company, which required him to become competent in understanding the SEC regulations. Future RE Capital Management

The objective of the Company is to provide high-yielding returns to our shareholders and investors in a short-term using proceeds from the leasing and sales of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties (assets). The Company’s strategy is to generate revenue by purchasing, off-market, low cost, residential, multi-family, and commercial properties in strategically targeted areas. The Company then develops and/or rehabilitates the properties to lease the asset for a premium price to potential tenants.

Future RE Capital Management has various opportunities that can include pooled investment vehicles, REITs, and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for Accredited, Non-Accredited, and Sophisticated investors. Various other partnership structures include: Private Equity, Private Debt, Joint Venture Partnerships and Special Purpose Entities (SPE).

The Company has preferential access to a surplus of off-market, cost efficient properties ranging from $5,000-$10,000,000. Our direct source is our “secret sauce” and cannot be disclosed without a signed Non-disclosure agreement. Our deal review ranges from 20-75 deals per month. Assets are typically acquired in bulk of 5+ properties.
The Company focuses on residential, single family, one-four (1-4) unit properties, mixed-use, multi-family, and commercial properties in affordable housing markets within 18 cities in the US. Our goal is to locate the most cost efficient purchase and renovation with the highest sale return that will be attractive to potential tenants.

Disbursements will be made on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the opportunity.

As soon as the investment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation along with a user name and password to your shareholder account.

The communication will continue on a monthly and quarterly basis as the assets are acquired or closed through your investor portal.

  1. Initial call to discuss partnership goals and expectations;
  2. Indication of Interest questionnaire;
  3. Term sheet agreement review and execution;
  4. Capital Call (once the deal is in place) or Transfer of Funds;
  5. [REIT] A copy of the REIT By-laws, Term Sheet and a Shareholder Certificate will be sent to the shareholder;
  6. Distribution disbursement on the first month of every month or quarter;
  7. At the end of the term, partners will have the option to continue with another term or [if a REIT] transfer shares back to the Company through our “Buy-Back” program.
