Our Focus

Future RE Capital Investments I will strategically target residential, 1-4 unit, multifamily, and commercial assets in affordable housing and workforce markets within eighteen (18) U.S. cities for the purpose of acquisition, renovation, development, redevelopment, and long-term leasing. The Company will target a combination of affordable housing and workforce properties in lower-to-middle class areas, in cities with a population over 1 million, with a value-add, opportunistic strategy.

The Company will operate through six primary segments and twelve secondary segments. Primary segments include: Maryland; Delaware; Pennsylvania; Ohio; Florida; New Jersey. Secondary segments include: Washington, DC; Virginia; North Carolina; South Carolina; West Virginia; Massachusetts; Georgia; Illinois; Tennessee; Oklahoma; Alabama; and Connecticut.

 Future RE Capital Investments I will pursue a strategically focused niche of affordable and workforce residential and commercial housing. This sector has been under-served by institutional capital, yet they offer strong, long-term fundamentals to generate attractive returns for investors. Prior to joining Future RE Capital, Chris served as the Co-Head of Private Real Estate at Bay Ridge Partners, as Institutional Fixed Income Asset Manager for Homewood Financial Services, and as Owner of CCRG, LLC, where he managed residential and rental property renovations.

Jody Foster is the Chief Operations Officer for Future RE Capital Management. Jody spent five years in executive positions at JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management in Chicago and London. Prior to JPM, she was an equity analyst at two boutique investment firms. Jody started her career on Capitol Hill. She also serves as an Independent Trustee and Audit Chair for two mutual fund families. Jody has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPP from Georgetown University and a BA in from Pace University.

Mark Appanah is the Chief Financial Officer of Future RE Capital Management. Mark has a degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). After graduating, Mark began a career in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young (EY). Since then, Mark has been working in the Internal Audit department of several publicly traded companies.

The objective of the Company is to provide high-yielding returns to our shareholders and investors in a short-term using proceeds from the leasing and sales of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties (assets). The Company’s strategy is to generate revenue by purchasing, off-market, low cost, residential, multi-family, and commercial properties in strategically targeted areas. The Company then develops and/or rehabilitates the properties to lease the asset for a premium price to potential tenants.

The Company is currently purchasing an additional insurance policy for Future RE Capital Investments I to supplement SIPC protection. Future RE Capital Management has various opportunities that can include pooled investment vehicles, REITs, and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for Accredited, Non-Accredited, and Sophisticated investors. Various other partnership structures include: Private Equity, Private Debt, Joint Venture Partnerships and Special Purpose Entities (SPE).

Assets are typically acquired in bulk of 5+ properties.

The communication will continue on a monthly and quarterly basis as the assets are acquired or closed through your investor portal.
